Training with Alexandre Peducasse Alexandre Peducasse has been a golf teacher since 2003, a West Coast Swing teacher since 2009 and an All-Star competitor since 2015. After attending Biomechanics training in 2014, Alexandre incorporated the new knowledge into his golf lessons. Noticing fast and impressive results, he decided to adapt his knowledge to the world of dance. He feels that dancers need this knowledge as well as golfers. In 2018, Nicolas Bourgeais and his team of teachers attend Dance Profiling’s first training, followed by the team of Lena and Olivier in Paris with a whole group of dance teachers versed in various styles : West Coast Swing, Lindy, Bebop, Kizomba.

Module 1: Discover your motor skills profile
The main goal is to make you discover a new approach for movement, focused on you. As a dancer, you will be able to identify your preferences in terms of movement and traveling. You can discover and highlight your strengths and improve your dance skills, such as finesse and efficiency in terms of balance, power, and comfort.
You will also have the opportunity to explore other profiles and thus understand the differences between dancers. This will allow those who teach to become aware of this various range of profiles in order to better communicate with their students.
< ~~~~~~----------~~~~~~ >
Module 2 : Your motor skills profile - advanced
A more detailed profile with new and important features.
You will be able to better understand:
- Why you and your neighboor don’t move in the same space
- Why the same pattern can be led differently
- Why we don't all spin and turn the same way ?
This module will allow you to know almost everything about your body’s motor skill preferences and thus reach your maximum potential.

Module 3 : Motivation/Compétition
In this module we will talk about your motivations and about the competitions.
Why are we doing things, what are the goals, the targets and how we can reach it.
- What we would like to do ?
- How we would like to it ?
- Under which conditions ?
- Why we would like to do it ?
The first tow modules tlak about the direct link with body, The 3rd module will be more psychological. The goal, how works our mind.
Are you ready ?!

Module 4 : Teaching, Step 1
We will set up exercises to use this work method in a collective environment.
The goal is for everyone, from beginners to the more advanced dancers, to be able to tap into the potential of a group class with several different profiles at the same time, to understand why the feeling is different according to the partner and to be able to give different advice but achieve an identical result.
